Two Steps Forward... One Step Back
So we got through two nights of our dear little minion sleeping through her 2AM feeding and getting 4 glorious hours of uninterrupted sleep. Then we got hit by dear sweet minion cutting yet another tooth! sigh. The tooth count is now at seven. So now we are just hoping that we can keep her sleeping through her 2AM feeding until this tooth breaks all the way through, before we try eliminating her 4AM feeding. It would be too cruel to try to do it now while she's already struggling with her tooth. In the meantime, I'm quite thankful for the two nights of good sleep!!!3

The Minion Hates Bottles.... sigh
So it seems that my hopes of trying to get a little bit more sleep at night just blew up in my face.
We decided that we would start giving her some formula at night so I could possibly start switching off with my hubby and get a bit more sleep. But as luck would have it, my daughter decided that bottles are for losers apparently, and only the cool babies don't drink from bottles. * sigh * So that plan is out the window. And of course now we have to address the issue of her not needing to be fed at night. She's old enough to go without, not only my pediatrician says so, but many other moms whom I've asked advice about it agree. So that's the new plan, we started to eliminate night time feeds last night.... it was not received well. She threw a fit for an hour before passing out. But we are going to go with one feed at a time at night so as to get some sleep. I've got my fingers crossed on this one... hopefully tonight will only be 45 min. of crying and fit throwing.
